New Patient Visit — A full intake appointment covering your medical history, current medications, family history, and a baseline physical exam. Bring your insurance card, photo ID, medication list, and any recent lab or imaging results.
Annual Physical or Medicare Wellness Visit — Comprehensive preventive exam with bloodwork and screening review.
Follow-Up Visit — Ongoing management of diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid disease, chronic pain, or weight.
Same-Day Sick Visit — Acute care for infections, flu, COVID-19, sore throat, UTIs, rashes, and minor injuries.
Telehealth Visit — Secure video appointment available to patients located anywhere in Florida.
