Steps prior to the televisit

1.-basic information

You will be asked to enter your basic information.

2.-Available slots

select the preferred date and time for your televisit appointment.

3.-Appointment

Request the appointment. (Same day appointments are available.)

4.- Confirmation

We will respond to you ASAP with the appointment confirmation via email and/or text.

5.-Required Forms

We will also send you some required forms for you to fill out and sign prior to the telemedicine visit.

6.-Payment

Payment should be made with a credit card prior to the visit if you don't have health insurance. Standard pricing is $65 USD.

7.-Send the forms

After you fill out the forms, a simple process will allow you to send the forms back to us.

8.-Ready

You should be good to go and have your televisit!
